TAKE LOTS OF VITAMIN C DAILY
especially if you're smoking...

>>>Vitamin C is water-soluble so it doesn't stay in our body like protein or other nutrients that we intake so it's best to have a daily dose of it. And you have to take lots of it if you're smoking. Why? Because when you smoke, even just a single stick of cigarette, you lose all the vitamin C you've taken from eating a whole orange. That's how smoking affects your vitamin intake. It destroys the nutrients you absorb from a healthy diet.
So if you can't quit smoking immediately, it's best that you take loads of vitamin C ( but don't overdose yourself) so you don't end up having vitamin deficiency or a bad dry skin.
